The Junior Woman's Club of Hendersonville is a service club of women committed to improving the lives of children in Henderson County. Joining the Junior Woman's Club allows you to become part of a group of women who share a common desire to serve the community. In the process, we have fun together and build lasting relationships. We share ideas and make friends as we work to make a difference. The program at our club meetings allows our members to learn more about issues facing families and the community. Being a member teaches leadership skills and techniques that can help in all aspects of life.
 

The JWCH is involved with and funds many projects in the community and the state. Among those projects are:
 

• The Children's Clothing Closet
• Annual $500 academic scholarship to a Henderson County High School senior
• Sponsorship of individuals with special needs
• Support of local agencies such as Mainstay and Helping Hands
• Fundraisers, including our Children's Super Sale held each September
