Consign at the Children's SuperSale!
Items will be accepted for consignment or donation at the National Guard Armory on Monday (9/13) and Tuesday (9/14) of the week prior to the sale. Consignors receive 50% of the final selling price of items sold (minus a consignor fee of $5 to defray the cost of facility rental and marketing).
Early Drop-off: Saturday May 15 from 9 am to 3 pm at Coleman Freeman Auto Sales (Hwy 25 in Hendersonville). We are accepting fall/winter items. We will price the items and store them for you until the September sale.
New this year: Consignors may retrieve unsold items from the sale floor at any time during the discount period. You will receive a card at drop-off with your vendor code. This is your pass to enter the pre-sale. You may also use this card to "check out" with your unsold items at any time between 1-3 on the day of the sale (Sep. 18th).
No Tagging Required!
All items are priced by members of the Junior Woman's Club of Hendersonville. We aim to keep prices as consistent as possible. You are welcome to mark special items with a suggested price on a piece of masking tape -- this helps us!
Please help drop-offs run smoothly by organizing your items as follows:
- small toys/books/shoes/misc. items should be contained inside a cardboard box (preferable) or shopping bag labeled with your name
- toys or other items to large to fit into a box or bag should be labeled with your name (use masking tape on the back of the item)
- clothing on hangers should be grouped into sets of about 10 items, bound together with a rubber band
Consignors receive one free ticket to the Friday night pre-sale (you must consign at least 10 small items or one large item). The following items are needed:
- Fall/winter clothing in good condition on hangers
- Shoes (only excellent, like-new condition)
- Toys, DVD's (no VHS), games, and books
- Bicycles, tricyles, ride-on toys
- Strollers, swings, exersaucers, infant chairs
- Cribs, bassinets, play yards, toddler beds
- High chairs and feeding accessories
- Baby Bjorn and other front or back baby carriers
- Car seats (less than 4 years old)
- Children's furniture
- Dancewear and costumes
- Maternity clothing
Consignors do not need to print tags or do any pricing -- we do all the work for you! Just make sure your items are clean and that clothing is on hangers.

Clothing should be in good to excellent condition, freshly laundered, with no stains, rips, tears, holes, or other signs of heavy wear. Games and toys should include all pieces. Books should be intact, with no torn or missing pages. Electronic items should include working batteries.
